After several years of immersion in the Chassidic culture of Crown Heights, I’ve decided to exhibit a selection of my paintings I made during that time, which express Jewish Consciousness.

These works are inspired by my experiences as a jew, working with themes found in Chabad-Chassidic texts, including the teachings of the Rebbe; and by re-imaginations of art history through the lens of a Jewish-oriented narrative.

My hope is to bring together the community that I have embraced, and that has embraced me. From rabbis to friends on the spiritual journey, this exhibition offers access to artworks for those who have met me at Shabbat meals, who have discussed these ideas in yeshiva hallways, or just about town, on Kingston Avenue.
